Bethany Easton

Bethany has worked in a range of educational sectors over her career including teaching English Literature and began working in the Project Management department in 2021 moving from a PGCE course leader role. Bethany completed her doctorate in 2022 exploring Beatles fiction which was then published with Bloomsbury in 2025. She has an interest in enhancing teamwork through effective leadership approaches. Bethany is also trained as an EFT practitioner and is interested in researching the use of holistic practices like this to support teams through lowering stress to achieve better project success.
