Abstract
The RHP companion to outdoor education (in the U.K.) provides a comprehensive, shared overview edited by Peter Barnes and Bob Sharp from the University of Strathclyde. They are among the twenty one authors contributing to this text which is written explicitly for students, academics and practitioners to provide clarity about the meaning, aims and purpose of outdoor education.
