Abstract

This report outlines findings from the first of four quantitative survey tranches (beginning, middle, end and follow-up) scheduled to be conducted around the Cumbria Partnersip Foundation Trust (CPFT) “Foundation in Leadership and Management” Programme, running 2012-2013, as part of a broader multi-method evaluation. The research presented herein was commissioned by Cumbria PFT, and conducted by a research team in the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing at the University of Cumbria.
