Abstract
This chapter explores, through a case study, the legal and ethical responses by individuals in the business context to the reality of limited resources in the time of COVID-19. It looks at how an individual seeking to do "good work" can be supported or hindered by workplace and societal expectations, and advances possibilities for using the case study to help us think more ethically about future demands on limited resources.
