Introduction to the third edition

Abstract

Why is a third edition of Professional Studies in Primary Education necessary? The central thesis of this book is that, paradoxically, the only constant in education is change, and the need to interpret changes in a professional way. So it is not surprising that, after 2 years of changes since the publication of the second edition in 2014 it is appropriate to weave these changes into a third edition.
