Abstract
This chapter addresses the growing need to focus on how teaching and learning at MBA level can be reoriented toward leading for sustainability and how such interventions can be measured. We share the design and delivery that we have found to be useful in challenging attitudes and developing skills. We also outline the impact of a five day rural experiential learning residency on mainstreaming sustainability into working and personal lives.
