Abstract
Screening of Jane Topping's Peter (2014) as part of Like Stroking a Shadow in Kochi-Muziris Biennale 2016-17, part of Antiphon presented by Lux Scotland (curator Nicole Yip for LUX Scotland and presented with the support of the British Council Scotland). 'Like Stroking a Shadow' was a programme of films on perception and understanding, fiction and reality, truth and uncertainty, and the unexplained, and included the following shorts: Sarah Forrest's 'Again, it objects' (2016), Jane Topping's 'Peter' (2014), Torsten Lauschmann's 'Crazy Paving' (2014) and Adam Lewis Jacob's 'Vision' (2016). Antiphon was part of Artists’ Cinema, which is the film programme that runs parallel to the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, and showcases art films, documentaries, and feature films from across the world in packages curated by filmmakers and film scholars.
